What’s your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at info@fableandfeatherhome.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty.

The included 120ml bottle is designed to work best with our own fragrance blends, but you are welcome to try compatible oils from other brands — just be sure they are intended for nebulizing or waterless use.

A humidor is a specially designed box or cabinet that keeps your cigars at the perfect balance of humidity and temperature. This ensures they stay fresh, flavorful, and ready to enjoy — no matter how long you store them.

How do I maintain my humidor?


Keep your humidor seasoned and regularly check the hygrometer to ensure humidity stays between 65%–72%. Use only distilled water or propylene glycol solution, and avoid tap water. Wipe down occasionally with a soft cloth, and never overfill — proper airflow is key.

Which humidor is best for holding 100 cigars or more?



Our Luca Humidor and Military Glass-Top Humidor are both excellent choices for larger cigar collections. The Luca holds around 120 cigars in a sleek, modern design, while the Military Humidor offers a rugged, fortress-like build for about 100 cigars. Both feature Spanish cedar interiors and digital hygrometers to keep your collection in perfect condition.



Are your portable cigar cases made from real leather?

How many cigars can a portable case hold?


Our portable cases come in different sizes, from slim designs that hold 2–3 cigars to larger cases that carry 5 or more. Perfect for a night out, a weekend trip, or gifting to a fellow cigar aficionado.

What humidor should I choose if I have fewer than 100 cigars?


For smaller or mid-sized collections, our Renzo, Kingston, and MAG Humidors are excellent choices. Each one is compact yet carefully designed with Spanish cedar and digital hygrometers to keep your cigars fresh. They’re ideal for everyday use, casual rotations, or anyone who wants the luxury of a humidor without needing maximum capacity.

Do I need to use distilled water in my humidor?


Yes — always use distilled water or a propylene glycol solution. Tap water contains minerals and bacteria that can damage your humidor or cigars over time.

What makes your humidors different from others?

Why do some cigar products require pre-order?


A few of our cigar humidors and accessories are crafted in small batches, with exceptional attention to detail. These pieces aren’t mass-produced — they’re made to order. Pre-ordering secures your item in the production schedule so you’ll receive a humidor or accessory built just for you.

How long will pre-orders take?


Production and delivery times vary, but most pre-order items take 4–6 weeks. We’ll keep you updated with tracking as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Yes — payment confirms your place in the queue. Because these are made-to-order luxury pieces, we require pre-authorization at checkout.


We allow cancellations within 48 hours of purchase. After that, the piece enters production and cannot be canceled, as it’s being crafted specifically for you.

Do you charge sales tax on orders?

Will I have to pay duties or customs fees on international orders?
